R Liza (Muscle Mass) stayed unbeaten on the harness racing season with her fourth straight victory in the $140,000 Ontario Sires Stakes Gold second leg for sophomore trotting fillies on Monday (Jun. 17) at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
In the pocket to the quarter in :27.2, Jody Jamison pulled her out and sent her to the front nearing the midway point in :57. She led through three-quarters in 1:26.1 and opened up five lengths by the eighth pole. Willys Home Run (James MacDonald) took flight late but could do no more than reduce the margin to three-quarters-of-a-length as R Liza reached home a winner in 1:53.4.

R Liza is perfect through four starts on the season with two wins in Ontario Sires Stakes Gold and the SBOA Stakes. The filly is eight-for-12 lifetime for trainer Susanne Kerwood and owners M and L of Delaware and Alabama Harness Associate. She has earned $332,357.
