The Raceway at Western Fair District announced on its harness racing pre-game show today (May 23) the posts for Friday’s (May 27) $150,000 Camluck Classic.

Track announcer Shannon “Sugar” Doyle, Racing Manager Tony Elliott, and Director of Racing Rob Lumsden performed the draw live on air.

The field is listed below:

Camluck Classic post draw complete 1 — **The Camluck Classic draw as presented on The Raceway at Western Fair District’s May 23 pre-game show**

The race for aged pacers has not been contested since 2019 due to COVID-19. Seelster Farms began to sponsor it in 2018 and renamed it from the Molson Pace to commemorate Camluck, the legendary pacing stallion that stood at the Lucan, Ont. farm.

Posts were also drawn for the $50,000 Forest City Pace, which will go forward for the first time in 10 years in the undercard on Friday.

The undercard also includes four City of London Finals for Ontario-sired four-year-olds and younger, and the Ontario Sires Stakes Grassroots first leg for sophomore pacing fillies. First post on Camluck Classic night is set for 6:50 p.m. EDT.
