An exciting day of harness racing at Century Downs as a new meet begins. Ten-dash was on the program and the feature was the Fillies & Mares Preferred in the seventh race.
Outlaw Allie Oops (Brandon Campbell) jumped right off the gate to grab the early lead as If Only Id Known (Shadow Play) found space in third behind Miss Itunes (Kelly Hoerdt). Outlaw Allie Oops held the lead for most of the race at set fractions of 30.0, 59.0 and 1:28.0. If Only Id Known started to make her move just before the three-quarter mark and challenged Outlaw Allie Oops down the stretch. David Kelly pushed the six-year-mare to a 28.2 closing quarter and If Only Id Known claims the first Fillies & Mares Preferred of the new meet. The final mile time was 1:57.
Outlaw Allie Oops held onto second while Goodbye Ceia Later rallied for third.
