MILTON, ON – June 12, 2024 – Woodbine Entertainment is pleased to welcome DRF en Español to Woodbine Mohawk Park this Saturday (June 15) for live harness racing coverage of the Pepsi North America Cup.
The Pepsi North America Cup is Canada’s most prestigious harness race, featuring the continent’s finest three-year-old pacers. The purse for the 41st edition of the Pepsi North America Cup is $1 million.
For the first time ever, DRF en Español will be live onsite at Woodbine Mohawk Park to provide streaming coverage of the North America Cup in Spanish. The DRF en Español coverage will provide analysis and race calls in Spanish.
“Since we started DRF en Español nearly three years ago, we’ve presented some of the best racing events in North America to the Spanish-speaking community. Delivering standardbred racing to an entirely new, and underserved, audience to North American racing,” said Robert Forbeck, DRF Senior Vice President and National Advertising Director. “We’re thrilled our first Standardbred show will be live at Woodbine Mohawk this Saturday for the Pepsi North America Cup, one of the most prestigious events in the sport.”

The Pepsi North America Cup is the main event on a rich card of racing at Woodbine Mohawk Park. The evening also features the $425,000 Fan Hanover, $305,000 Roses Are Red, $233,000 Armbro Flight, $225,000 Goodtimes, and $100,000 Mohawk Gold Cup.
Saturday’s card of racing includes many key wagering opportunities, including a $100,000 All-Stakes Pick-5 (Race 7-11) and a Jackpot Hi-5 Mandatory Payout (Race 13).
Post time for the first race Saturday is 6:30 p.m. EDT. The Pepsi North America Cup is Race 11 on the card and will go to post at approximately 10:40 p.m. EDT.
