Elections held for New Brunswick organization boards

Horse Racing New Brunswick (HRNB) and the New Brunswick Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association (NBSBOA) have announced the results of their Board of Director elections held at the Annual General Meetings on Saturday, Jan. 25 at the Fredericton Motor Inn in Fredericton, N.B.

The following HRNB Officers were elected:

• Dr. Mitchell Downey, President
• Charles Miles, Vice-President
• Kurtis Johnson, Secretary
• Brock McEachern, Treasurer

In addition, two vacancies on the Board of Directors were filled with Robert Wilson from Woodstock elected to Director At Large and Daniel McCullough from Harvey elected to Breeder Director.

The following NBSBOA Officers were elected:

• Sam Hodgin, President
• Catherine Davies, Vice-President
• Jeff Lewis, Secretary Treasurer
• Robyn Dickinson, Director
• Shawn MacLennan, Director
• Andre Moeller, Director
