Western Canadian harness racing continues at both Century Downs and Fraser Downs on Friday (May 3).
Things first kick off in Alberta at Century Downs with a 10-dash card. The Pick 5 wager starts in the first race. The $1 minimum Pick 4 starts in the seventh and runs right to the end of the card.
The six-year-old mare, Outlaw Spiced Rum (Blue Burner) has been performing at top form as of late.
She has six wins in ten starts this year and has won four of his last six. She comes from the Travis Ellis Stable and Mike Hennessy will be in the sulky once again as she looks to capture her 17th career win.

The final night of the spring meet at Fraser Downs has a nine-dash card. The early Pick 4 starts in the second race while the late Pick 4 starts in the sixth.
The $10,000 Preferred Pace goes in the fourth race and is headlined by the morning line favourite Sunshine Boy (Sunshine Beach). He has won his last three starts and has won seven of his 10 starts this year. He has yet to finish worse than second place this year as well. His latest win was just last week and he won it in 1:52. Jim Marino trains the six-year-old gelding and Scott Knight will be in the bike.
