Larjon Levi (All Bets Off), off at 19-1, made it four straight and back-to-back Prospect Series wins in leg 4B for three-year-old pacing colts and geldings at Georgian Downs on Tuesday (Aug. 20).

The gelding came out second-over from fifth for driver Samuel Fillion and advanced on cover into the final turn. Fourth on the outside at the top of the lane, Larjon Levi fired by all three opponents in front of him to win by a half-length in 1:55. Pacesetter Lamborghini Lou (Paul Mackenzie) held on for second over Lotto Max (Travis Henry).

LARJON LEVI REPLAY

Larjon Levi boasts a 50 per cent career win rate through 12 starts and $20,592 in earnings. Patrick Bissett trains the gelding for Larry Lane of Goderich. The three-year-old debuted this season and has won a pair of Prospect Series legs.

Tricky Mcwicky (Mcwicked, Brett MacDonald) wired the second group, drawing away down the stretch to score in 1:55.3. All Bets On Red (Jason Ryan) was second, followed by Harborlite Ambrose (Austin Sorrie).

TRICKY MCWICKY REPLAY

The winner is now two-for-two in the Prospect Series. He has made 26 starts in his first season with five victories and $65,176 in earnings for trainer David Frey and owner/breeders Stuart and Patricia Bolender of Elora.

Onyx Bovino (Bettors Delight, J. Bradley Harris) went all the way in the final division. He kept pocket-sitter Gladiator S Bg (Ryan) at bay in the stretch and crossed the line a 1:55.3 winner. Gladiator S Bg was a length-and-a-quarter back with Rise N Grind (MacDonald) completing the ticket.

ONYX BOVINO REPLAY

Onyx Bovino has hit the board in nine straight outings and is six-for-18 lifetime with $40,299 in earnings. Lacey McCabe conditions the homebred gelding for Glenview Livestock of Ingersoll.
