Anthony Haughan top local on September 4th

The top local horseman for the final Fun and Frivolity Friday night at Grand River Raceway was Anthony Haughan.

Anthony, a native of Cambridge, was the winning driver of the 8th race aboard longshot Life Is A Lady.

Life Is A Lady returned $27.20 on a $2 win ticket for just her 2nd win of the season.

The win brought Anthony's total to 40 for the season.

He is also a co-owner of the 5 year old mare.

Grand River Raceway features live harness racing on Monday and Wednesday nights all summer.
