The Raceway at Western Fair District will hold a 10-dash harness racing card on Wednesday (Apr. 10) night.
Blossom Onthebeach (Sunshine Beach) will be looking to extend her win streak to five in a row. She has also won six of her last seven appearances. The eight-year-old mare will have Daryl Thiessen in the bike once again for trainer Cameron McQueen. Blossom Onthebeach will line up in post position two in the second race. Her last win was on April 2, and she paced the mile in 2:00.
BLOSSOM ONTHEBEACH REPLAY
Thiessen will also be in the bike with Shakeitifyougotit (Well Said) in the fifth race. The seven-year-old mare won back-to-back races but fell short of making it three in a row her last time out. Her two previous wins were paced in 1:57.2 and 1:58.1. She is one of the favourites at 3-1 morning line odds and will line up in post four.
SHAKEITIFYOUGOTIT REPLAY
The three-year-old filly, Century Kiss Me (Mcwicked) won her debut race at Western Fair last week in 2:01.3. She wasnāt able to manage much success in her prior starts but the move seemed to do her some good. She will have Thiessen steering once again and she drew post position four.
