Harness racing driver Trevor Henry reached $80 million in lifetime earnings with a pair of wins on Thursday (May 16) at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
Henry first steered Hope N Glory (Lookslikeachpndale) to a 55-1 upset victory in the opener. The filly circled traffic approaching the final turn before veering out from fourth in the stretch and blasting by her rivals to win in 1:56.2. Gino Cicero trains and owns the three-year-old.

With less than $1,000 to go, Henry missed cheques in three straight drives before piloting Tactical Seelster (State Treasurer) to a brush-and-crush win in the eighth to reach the milestone. He went three-wide to put the gelding on top at the half, and the four-year-old motored home to score by three-and-a-quarter lengths in 1:53.4. It was the four-year-oldās 12th lifetime win in 51 tries.

Henry attained the milestone in his 44,140th start and 7,583rd win. Since his debut in 1989, he has earned $80,005,241. He has made more than 1,000 starts every season since 2001 and has been a regular on the Woodbine Entertainment circuit since 2014.
The next Woodbine Mohawk Park card features the return of Canadaās 2023 Horse of the Year, Sylvia Hanover. She will take on six strong mares in the $36,000 Preferred on Friday, May 17. First post is set for 7:10 p.m. EDT.
