Harness racing driver Travis Henry added another strong night to his solid season as he took five victories on Monday (Oct. 21) at The Raceway at the Western Fair District.
Henry, second in the trackās driversā standings, kicked off the card with a win behind Jd Beauty (The Bank). The filly pulled first-up on the backstretch and rolled to the front for a two-and-a-quarter-length victory in 2:02.1. It was the fillyās first start in Ontario for trainer Gerard Demers since shipping in from Quebec this month.

The reinsman then made it a natural hat trick as he scooped races two and three. The second was a wire-to-wire win with Ima Doll (Control The Moment, 1:56.2).
The third was a come-from-behind effort as Spin For Life (Royalty For Life), who broke in the second quarter and trailed by more than 15 lengths, circled the field to win by three lengths. The sophomore gelding passed every opponent on the outside, drawing away down the stretch to win in 2:04.2.
