CAMPBELLVILLE, December 10, 2024 – The Central Ontario Standardbred Association (COSA) and Cujo Entertainment are pleased to announce that COSA TV’s broadcast of the harness racing Drivers Holiday Challenge will air multiple times over the holiday season on Rogers TV London.
The Drivers Holiday Challenge at The Raceway at Western Fair District is set to take place this evening (December 10) and stream live on its usual platforms of COSA TV’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
Cujo Entertainment, the producer of COSA TV, has reached an agreement with Rogers TV London to broadcast the Drivers Holiday Challenge several times over the next month.
The 90-minute broadcast of the Drivers Holiday Challenge will air this Friday (December 13) at 5 p.m., leading into Rogers TV coverage of London Knights hockey.
The COSA TV production will then re-broadcast on Saturdays at 2 p.m., Mondays at 6 p.m. and Fridays at 5 p.m. until mid-January.
“We’re excited to partner with Rogers TV in London to attract new viewers to the sport, while also providing another outlet for racing fans in this harness racing hotbed to enjoy the action,” said Curtis MacDonald, Owner of Cujo Entertainment. “We certainly want to thank Jeremy Parking at Rogers TV for allowing us the airtime to showcase COSA TV and we’re optimistic that the Drivers Holiday Challenge will lead to more opportunities for COSA TV on Rogers TV in 2025.”
Other Rogers TV markets across Ontario will have the opportunity to pick-up the COSA TV broadcast. COSA TV will share any additional broadcast listings and the market where it will be shown on its social channels.
The Drivers Holiday Challenge features eight drivers competing to earn the most points throughout the evening’s races. The event includes a large toy drive in support of Toys for Tots.
The COSA TV broadcast will be hosted by Mark McKelvie, who will be joined on the desk by three-time reigning Canadian Driver of the Year and racing analyst James MacDonald. Robert Reid Jr. will be in the paddock catching up with the participants and providing additional insights.
Tonight’s coverage of the Drivers Holiday Challenge will stream at 8:45 p.m. on COSA TV’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
