Kioti (Mystician) devoured his fifth straight Century Downs harness racing field on Friday (Jul. 28).
The stallion cut the mile again, setting a pace of :27.3, :56.1, 1:24.1 and stretching out his lead on the last turn for Michael Hennessy. Outlawchippendale (Brandon Campbell) clawed back a negligible amount of the margin in the stretch, but Kioti was untouchable as he came home a 1:52.4 winner. Outlawchippendale was second by two-and-a-quarter lengths. Crazy I M (Dave Kelly) was best of the rest.
