Logan Park (Archangel) beat Hp Mama B and Adare Castle in the $36,000 Free For All Trot on Monday (May 22) at Woodbine Mohawk Park in his fastest time this harness racing season.
Regular driver Doug McNair put him on the engine, and the gelding got a trouble-free trip home. The fractions went in :27.4, :57, and 1:25.2, and Logan Park pulled further clear down the stretch to score in 1:52 by three-and-a-quarter lengths. Hp Mama B (Sylvain Filion), a nominee for Older Pacing Mare of the Year in 2022, sat the pocket and finished second. Adare Castle (James MacDonald), the winner in the Three-year-old Trotting Filly category, was five-and-a-quarter lengths back of the winner in third.
