Logan Park (Archangel) powered to his third consecutive top-level harness racing victory to remain unbeaten this year in the $36,000 Free For All on Monday (May 1) at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
Oney Hall (Trevor Henry) and Tokyo Seelster (Sylvain Filion) were quickest off the car in the slop, but Logan Park stayed wide going into the first turn and took over just past the quarter in :27.2. Doug McNair controlled him to a soft second quarter, meeting the midway point in :57.1, and rolled to three-quarters in 1:25.2 unopposed.
Oney Hall geared up from the pocket at the top of the stretch but went off stride, leaving Logan Park to trot home to victory in 1:53.4.
A swarm of horses swooped in late ā Locatelli (James MacDonald) was fastest among them and got up for second. Patriarch Hanover (Tyler Jones) edged out Toyko Seelster for third.
