Major League N (Gotta Go Cullen) reached $300,000 in career harness racing earnings after capitalizing on a perfect trip to win the Fillies and Mares Preferred Pace on Wednesday (May 24) at The Raceway at the Western Fair District.
After following the speedy Heavens Showgirl A (Tyler Moore) from the second tier, Major League N sat the pocket for Ed Hensley behind a leader setting :28.2 and :57 panels. As they came down the backside, Major League N pulled out and commenced an attack through three-quarters in 1:25.3.
Heavens Showgirl A battled on into the final eighth, but Major League N drew clear late to score in the featured event by a length in 1:55.1.
Exotic Dragon (Travis Cullen) followed the leader on the outside and took second. Randomirogeo (Travis Henry) finished third.
MAJOR LEAGUE N REPLAY
Major League Nās earnings now total $303,268 after 129 career starts. The 10-year-old has won 30 races. She was imported from Australia by Ed and Ashleigh Hensley in 2019. Ashleigh Hensley trains the mare.
