Mollop Hanover (Betting Line) improved her perfect career record to four-for-four on Friday (May 26) with a photo-finish harness racing victory at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
Jonathan Drury kept her on the outside to grab the front as they hit the quarter in :28, and the move ultimately resulted in a pocket spot as Starlight Danger (Jody Jamieson) circled to the front.
Starlight Hanover cut a :57 half and was in command through three-quarters in 1:25. Drury produced Mollop Hanover at the top of the stretch, and she muscled by Starlight Dancer going into the final eighth. Chelsis Choice (Sylvain Filion) surged late from her three-hole trip, but it was too late to catch Mollop Hanover, who made it home with a head in front in 1:52.1.
Starlight Dancer finished third.
