Nominations get a bump for New London Classic Sale Series

London, ON, April 15, 2025 – The Raceway at Western Fair District is excited to announce that harness racing nominations for the new London Classic Sale Series are now posted on our website. This year, a total of 171 horses have been nominated, marking a remarkable 32% increase over last year when it was known as the City of London Series.

The series, open to both trotters and pacers, will feature four $40,000 (G) finals taking place on Camluck Classic night, Friday, May 30th. The event is supported in part by the London Classic Yearling Sale, which is expected to showcase one of the strongest catalogues in Canadian history this Fall. Entries for this year’s sale close on Monday, April 21st, with the sale slated for October 14 and 15 at the Western Fair District Agriplex.
