Outlaw C My Shadow (Shadow Play) unleashed a dominant harness racing performance at Fraser Downs on Friday (Mar. 10) to reaffirm himself as the track’s top Free For Aller for the seventh consecutive week.
He was quickly on top again and cruised through :27.3, :56.4, and 1:24.3 while leading his Open opponents. The gelding creeped away nearing three-quarters and fully stretched his legs in the dash for home, opening up to score by five-and-a-half lengths in 1:52.3. Pureform Mr Toffee (Dave Hudon) was a narrow second over Outlaw Duke Worthy (John Vukelich).

Konstance Colthammer trains Outlaw C My Shadow for Outlaw West Stable of Falun. The gelding has won seven Opens in a row at Fraser Downs, dating back to the last two weeks of last season. Overall, the six-year-old is 17-for-87 and has earned $160,322.
Campbell went on to manufacture a grand slam via three more winners on the evening.
Fraser Downs will race next on Thursday, Mar. 16.
