P L Jackson (Mach Three) snagged his second harness racing win of the year and reached $400,000 in earnings with a winning pocket trip in the top dash at Flamboro Downs on Thursday (Mar. 30).
The veteran stallion, steered by Travis Cullen, let Island Beach Boy (Paul Mackenzie) take point but defended his inside position from all others to secure the pocket. He sat in the tow through :27.3, :56.2, and 1:24.1 splits as the top two kicked away from the rest.
P L Jackson swung out as the turned for home and muscled past Island Beach Boy in mid-stretch to score in 1:54.
Second Bruiser (Jason Ryan) surged for second. A tiring Island Beach Boy finished third.

P L Jackson matched his 2022 mark with the win and secured enough cash to send his earnings past the $400,000 mark. The 10-year-old has won 28 times and has raked in $404,968 in 182 lifetime appearances. Jodie Cullen of Dundas owns and trains the stallion.
Travis and Jodie Cullen combined for two more wins on the night. Millies Million (Armbro Baylor) ā owned by Travis) blew away her opponents in a five-and-three-quarter length win clocked in 1:58. The pair also got the Fred and Derek Gilbert-owned So Strange (Custard The Dragon) home by half a length in 1:58.
