Thunder Alley (Mystery Chase) remained undefeated on the harness racing season with another victory in the Winners-Over at Northside Downs on Saturday (Jun. 7).
John Kennedy kept the geldingās chartlines filled with 1ās, pushing him to the top in a :28.4 first quarter. Thunder Alley put up middle splits of :59.4 and 1:30.2, opening up by four lengths rounding the final bend. He motored to the finish, stopping the clock in 1:59 in the two-and-a-half-length victory. Rockinforreal (Jason MacNeil) finished second over Runaway Mystery (Brett Leblanc).

Thunder Alley, trained by Hearther Hawkins, has won all five starts this year. He is 29-for-145 lifetime with $87,802 in earnings. Terri Morrison of Marion Bridge, Irwin Claener of New Waterford, Kirk Macrae of Ben Eoin, and Angus Maceachern of Howie Centre share ownership of the eight-year-old.
Trainer/driver Ardon Mofford collected three victories on the day. He harnessed and drove winners Wine N Cheddar (Betterthancheddar, 2:03.4), Afair Somewhere (Lyonssomewhere, 1:56.3), and Dont Tell Kim (Source Of Pride, 2:00.1).
Racing at Northside Downs will resume on Saturday, Jun. 15.
