Randomirogeo (Ok Boromir) snagged her first career Preferred-level harness racing victory in a narrow triumph at The Raceway at the Western Fair District on Wednesday (Mar. 1).
Travis Henry dropped the mare back to fourth from post two and waited until just past the midway point to put her in motion second-over. Randomirogeo advanced behind So Frisky (Colin Kelly), who put her nose in front before three-quarters.
Randomirogeo tipped three-wide on the final turn and steamed by So Frisky to take the Fillies and Mares Preferred by a neck in 1:57.4.
Wildcat Delight (Brett MacDonald) finished third.

Randomirogeo has won 20 of her 77 career outings and has amassed a bankroll of $144,105 in a career spent in the John Kennedy barn. Valerie Phillips of Lions Head owns and bred the mare.
Also on the card, Real Wicked (Big Bad John) sprung a 14-1 upset to reach a quarter-million in career earnings. The nine-year-old gelding went three-wide down the backstretch and struck the front turning for home en route to his 33rd lifetime win in 1:59.3. The Michelle Sherman-trained gelding has now earned $253,323 in 227 starts.
The Raceway at the Western Fair District will race next on Friday, Mar. 3 with a 10-race offering beginning at 5:50 p.m. EST.
