Share The Moment beats the best on PEI

CHARLOTTETOWN, PE – Front the harness racing field for every step, Share The Moment (Control The Moment) captured the $3,700 Fillies and Mares Preferred at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park on Thursday (June 6).

Gilles Barrieau engineered the winning steer from the Bo Ford stable in 1:57 for owners Luke Beck, Scott Bridges and Arnold Myers. Tobins Brodie (Driven by David Dowling) finished second with Rosetown Mary (Corey MacPherson) third.

Adam Merner tripled up on the evening winning with You Aint Dolly (1:57.1) for trainer Brendan Curran and with the Melissa Rennie trained duo of Dusty Lane Darby (2:00.1) and Ms Moyse (1:56.1).

Trainer Jennifer Doyle also celebrated a double as Woodmere Heather M (1:59.1) for her third straight as well as Jessiejesorjessica (2:00) in the $3,100 top trot class, both in line to Red Shores Charlottetown leading driver David Dowling.
