Reys N A Rocket blasted to her seventh victory of the season in the Rideau Carleton Raceway harness racing feature on Thursday.
She left in a line with three others but used her rail positioning to push through to the lead. Ryan Guy rated her to :27.1, :56.4, and 1:25 panels, and the seven-year-old Mattarocket mare turned on the afterburners with foes making moves entering the final quarter. Reys N A Rocket had no trouble dismissing them as she won by three and a half lengths in 1:54.1.
Perfect Daliance (Mike Healey) finished second. Thinkingofyoubabe (Guy Gagnon) finished third after an ineffective move at three-quarters. The winner paid $7.30.
