Rosters & Schedule out for Horsemen’s Hockey Tournament

GUELPH, ON – April 24, 2023 – The harness racing organizers of the 2023 Horsemen’s Hockey Tournament have unveiled the rosters and schedule for this Sunday’s (April 30) tournament at the Cambridge Sports Park.

This year’s tournament will have five teams competing with Anthony MacDonald, Mike Saftic, Rob Fellows, Scott McEneny and Trevor Henry serving as coaches. All players that signed up were placed into an open draft.

The tournament will have a round-robin format with all teams playing each other once. The top two teams after the round-robin stage will meet in the final. The entry fee for this year’s tournament is $60 a player (to be paid at the door). The entry fee guarantees a minimum of four games, a meal and drink ticket.

Games begin Sunday at 8 a.m. and will run all day until the championship game at 4 p.m. Spectators are encouraged to come out and watch. The restaurant in the arena will be open serving food and drinks.

The Cambridge Sports Park is located at 1001 Franklin Boulevard in Cambridge, Ontario.
