Harness racing driver Austin Sorrie dominated the Tuesday (Aug. 13) card at Georgian Downs with five victories in 10 dashes.
Crazy World (Control The Moment) swooped to the front from fifth for Sorrie in the second race for the reinsmanās first win of the night. The clock stopped in 1:52.3 on the 7-1 upset. Sorrie engineered a second straight longshot score in the third, benefiting from some final-turn disorder to get Winchester Phoenix (Bettors Delight) home at 13-1 in 1:58.4.

Sorrieās double became a grand slam in races seven and eight. He scored with Harborlite Ambrose (Up The Credit) on the front-end in 1:55.3 and Sea Laird (Custard The Dragon) with a pocket-tripping victory in 1:54.1.
The five-star performance was complete in the finale as Sorrie gave Why Wouldnt Ya (Bettors Delight) a pocket trip to a 1:54.2 victory. The gelding got up by a neck in a three-abreast finish.

Sorrie is in the midst of a solid season ā he is striking at a 14.8 per cent rate and reached the seasonal million-dollar mark on Tuesday. He is on pace for 185 tallies, which would be the second-best year of his career that began in 2018.
