Wilson and his family would like to thank friends and neighbours who came to help and continue to offer their unwavering support. The kindness and generosity is deeply appreciated.

“We are grateful to everyone who has stopped in, called and brought donations. We have suffered a great loss and would like to turn our loss into helping others,” said Wilson in a statement released to Standardbred Canada.

Donations are appreciated to Shepherd’s Cupboard Food Bank in Shelburne, a team/charitable organization that the Wilson family actively volunteers and supports. E-Transfers can be made to shelburnefoodbank@gmail.com, with a request to add Jim Wilson in the the memo.
