Jessies Girl excelled on Friday evening at the Track on 2, using new tactics from a new driver to wire the feature pace harness racing field.
The Badlands Hanover mare led at every pole for reinsman Kelly Hoerdt and took a new lifetime mark of 1:55 in her 10th career score. Douglas Stout of Camrose owns, trains, and bred the mare. Her lifetime record is 10-for-32, and she has earned $87,844. The Friday victory was her third of the season.
David Kelly trained and drove two of the dayās four winners.
