The results of the Ontario-sired Harvest Series for harness racing colts and geldings on Thursday (Oct. 20) at Woodbine Mohawk Park largely mirrored the first leg, with three repeat winners.
He Will (Muscle Mass, James MacDonald) provided an encore performance to his runaway first-leg win with a five-length victory in the first division for trotters 1:58.2. Lookslikagoodfella (Pat Hudon) took second over Snapchat Sam (Sylvain Filion).

He Will is now on a five-race winning streak, including a Prospect Series final. Bill Megens of Guelph has trained his homebred to six total victories and a $39,350 bankroll in 11 tries.
The Hazelton (Muscle Mass, Bob McClure) captured the second trotting division in similar fashion to his first-leg win, outkicking his cover to score in 1:56.3. Stonebridge Bomber (Doug McNair) finished second. Impressive Dude (Louis-Philippe Roy) rallied from eighth to third.

It was The Hazeltonās third win in his first four lifetime outings for a total of $25,000 in earnings. Mark Etsell of Rockwood trains the colt, whom he co-owns with Terry Devos of Langton, Graham Hopkins of Chesley, and Peter Porter of Port Dover.
Winmebak (Shadow Play, MacDonald) repeated in the first division for pacers, leading at every pole to record a new career best of 1:53.2. Scribblers (McClure) chased him to finish second. Teen Tattler (McNair) was all on his own in third.

Nick Gallucci trains Winmebak for Millar Farms of Stouffville. The gelding has won three of his starts so far and brought in $40,168 in purse money.
Sauble Ace (Betterthancheddar, McClure) was the only non-repeat winner. He won the second trotting division in 1:54.3, a length-and-three-quarters clear of Bar Down Jim (Jody Jamieson) Bettor B Sirius (Phil Hudon) was third.

The winner is now two-for-three with $18,540 in earning for owner/breeders Sauble Hill Farms of Tara and Nasussito Racing of Ayr. Otis Hall trains the colt.
The $40,000A finals for two-year-old males are set for Friday, Oct. 28 at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
