Pass Line (All Bets Off), in the first two-year-old pari-mutuel harness racing contest of the year at Woodbine Mohawk Park on Tuesday (Jun. 20), rolled an 11 on debut and completed her final quarter in :25.3 to take the victory
.
She traveled in the pocket for Louis-Philippe Roy behind Tribal Dancer (Jody Jamieson) as the latter put up :29, :59.3, and 1:28.1 panels. Tribal Dancer held a cushion into mid-stretch, when Pass Line hit full stride and chased her down to take the victory in 1:54.1. Tribal Dancer finished second. Kittys Column (Bob McClure) finished eight lengths back of the winner in third.

Pass Line is a homebred for Burke Racing Stable and Weaver Bruscemi. She qualified twice at The Meadows before moving to Ontario. Dave Menary trains the filly.
Top Mast (Walner) won the other two-year-old race, for trotters, in a seven-and-a-quarter-length romp. James MacDonald piloted the colt to the 1:57.1 victory and a :27.2 last quarter. Mrstery Deal (Syvlain Filion) caught Maestro Seelster (Tyler Borth) last for second. Desiree Jones trains Top Mast, who qualified in 2:00.1 on Jun. 10, for Gino Toscani of Mount Hope. Toscani purchased the cold for $25,000 at the Lexington Select sale.

Roy went on to win four races on the day.
