SUMMERSIDE, PE – Tobins Profit (Stonebridge Terror) continued his early harness racing career trend of nothing but open air and winner’s circles in the Atlantic Sires Stakes for two-year-old pacing colts Thursday evening (Jul. 14) at Red Shores at the Summerside Raceway during Governor’s Plate Week racing.
Jason Hughes picked up the catch drive on Tobins Profit for trainer Danny Romo and owners Kevin Dorey, Frank Brundle and Robert Sumarah as he led every call of his $16,440 A-division for pacing colts to win in 2:01.1. It was the second win in as many lifetime starts for Tobins Profit. Meraki (Gilles Barrieau) was second ahead of Junes Boy (Paul Langille).
