SUMMERSIDE, PE – A top level pacing feature will highlight the Tuesday evening harness racing program at Red Shores Summerside Raceway.

The 14-dash presentation starts at 6 P.M.

The $5,000 Preferred 2 pace lines up in Race 13 with Wind Blown drawing post 6 for trainer Phil Sizer and driver Paul Langille. A winner of over $377,000 lifetime, the Mach Three gelding was racing at the highest levels in Ontario before relocating East. Now with two Summerside starts to his credit he has been unbeaten since returning to the East Coast for owners Doug Polley Jr., and Doug Polley Sr., of Amherst, N.S. Stablemate Brookdale Johnny has post 3 with Brady Sweet aboard.

Mantario gets morning line respect at 3-1 from post 4 after a string of sharp efforts for trainer-driver David Dowling as he looks to add to his five wins on the campaign.

Starship Glyde (To be driven by Adam Merner) looms as another top contender from post 5 for trainer Earl Watts.

A pair of Tyne Valley horses hold down the inside as Sauble Attack (Ken Murphy) has rail control for trainer Paul Biggar and Howmac Charmer (Corey MacPherson) hails from the Kyle Williams barn with post 2.

The Backstretch Beat goes all-in on the veteran pacer Wind Blown.

“A proven Preferred-class performer, Wind Blown brings serious back class from the WEG circuit and has been sharp since arriving locally. Paul Langille has the lines and will be looking to trip him out off live cover. His late kick is as strong as any in here.”

Earlier on the card, the $3,350 Peter Coughlin Memorial in Race 3 has Smilin In Heaven installed as the 5-2 morning line favourite for driver Gary Chappell and trainer Stacey Darrach. The Rockin In Heaven mare last start and looks to break through from post 7. Applepiemoonshine (Ryan Desroche) is a major factor from post 6 at 7-2 odds, along with Clair Sweet trainee Gabby Seelster (Brady Sweet) from post 2.

Fans can take in the Tuesday evening action live at the Prince County oval or tune into the Race Day broadcast at Redshores.ca. Wagering is available through HPIBET.com.
