II Prix Edmond Henry (purse 120,000€, monte raced over 2700 meters for five year olds) held Saturday, Oct. 15 at Paris-Vincennes in France over a sloppy track.

The 1.7/1 favorite Happy And Lucky (5f Ready Cash-Tosalima) was a wide closing second for Adrian Lamy and trainer Franck Leblanc. Hannah (5f Vulcan de Vandel-Rocca Chica) was a distant third at 17/1 odds for jockey Benjamin Rochard and trainer J.F. Senet.

On the undercard was another monte event, the Gr. III Prix Gordonia (purse 90,000€, 2850 meters for monte European 6-10 year olds). Here the impressive font end 1.11.9kr timed winner was 8/10 odds favorite Fantaisie (7f Un Mec d’Heripre-Quita d’Eronville) handled by jockey Francois Lagadeuc, trainer Nicolas Bridault and owner Tanguy de la Bourdonnaye.

This was her 23^rd career victory for 500,750€ earned. Figaro de Larre (7g Royal Dream-Tornade Mika) was second at 3.2/1 odds for Benjamin Rochard, trainer Sylvain Roger and Ecurie L. Pelteviniere. Third was 42/1 outsider Fiaschetto (7g Ubriaco-Andalouse Lady) for jockey S.E. Pasquier and trainer Patrick Terry.
