33 engaged to Prix d’Amerique

One of the worlds greatest harness racing spectacles in the Prix d’Amerique will take place on Sunday (28 Jan.) has 33 horses engaged with the final field set on Thursday.

10 horses that qualified in the six qualifying races are among those engaged, with San Moteur (Panne De Moteur) who succumbed to injury and Jushua Tree (Bold Eagle) whose connections are preferring to be patient with their rising star, not on the list.

The full list of acceptors is as follows;

Etonnant (Timoko), previously reported as not being among the acceptors is on the engaged list along with Aetos Kronos (Bold Eagle) that has been lightly raced while making comeback from illness.

There are no dominant sires among those engaged with only four siresd having two on the list – Repeat Love, Bird Parker, Ready Cash and Googoo Gaagaa.

Sixteen of the 33 on the list have life earnings of over one million euro.
