The 95/1 odds outsider Eule du Prieure (10g Jag de Bellouet-Malia-Tenor de Baune) was up in the final stride to win leg 11 of the Trophee Vert series, this one at Hippodrome dāAix-Les-Bains in the Grand Prix de Savoie.
Fifteen starters raced 2700Ā meters distance handicap for the 50,000ā¬ purse. Laurent Lamaziere teamed the winner for trainer David Alexandre and owner Ecurie Ad Trotting.
The winner now sports 11 career wins in 92 starts for 165,375ā¬. Ficimer (9g Ricimer) was second at 4.1/1 for J.Ch.Sorel, trainer Alexandre and owner L.J. Martin.
Funky Berry (9g Tornado Berry) wasthird at 17/1 with Lucas Veriere aboard for Charles Ducher the trainer. Forever dāAriane (7g Ludo de Castelle) at 114/1 was fourth and 32/1 and 25 meter handicapped Forbach (9f Roi du Coq) was fith this one also an Alexandre trainee.
