The Breeders Course for three-year-old fillies (purse to winner 86,000€, 2140 meters autostart, 11 starters) saw 10.7/1 odds Oriana Boko (3f Father Patrick-Ever Seen Boko-Donato Hanover) rally late for the 1.12.1lr timed victory with Eric Raffin at the lines for trainer Danny Brouwer and Gerrits Recycling Group BV.
This was her second career win in seven starts. Filadonna (3f Muscle Hill-Sanawa-Jeanbat Vivier) was a game front end second at 1.6/1 with Alessandro Gocciadoro the winning driver/trainer for owner/breeder Philippe Allaire. Third was O’Hara Boko (3f Robert Bi-Zilan Boko-Muscle Yankee) at 9.4/1 odds with Robin Bakker driving the Paul J.P. Hagoort trainee that Stable Why Not owns.
Fellow Wise As (3m Maharajah–Ladyone-Muscle Mass) raced alongside the leader until he vaulted ahead to the lead and then held gamely to with the Breeders Course for three-year-old males. The winner earned 86,000€ for the victory. He was timed in 1.12.3kr (mile rate 1:56.33) over the 2140 meter autostart course at Solvalla.
Stable Ricco SRL own this Alessandro Gocciadoro trainee that Orjan Kihlstrom catch drove to victory. He was off at 5.2/1 odds and defeated 13.1/1 odds Feldenkrais Pal (3m Trixton-Tuscania Pal-Nad Al Sheba) that Robin Bakker drove for Scuderia La Camargue SRL and their trainer Paul J.P. Hagoort. The 60/7/1 Da Vinci Face and 4.1/1 Far Wise As finished fifth the sixth, the latter a Face Time Bourbon half-brother to Vivid Wise As.

The first Elite Day at Solvalla and Menhammar Stuteri (Margareta Wallenius-Kleberg) did not go unnoticed as a noteworthy sponsor of racing and the online version of Friday’s important yearling sale. An example is this race for four-year-old male trotters named for Tommy Hannes and sponsored by Menhammar that carried a purse to the winner of 43,000€ and was raced over 1640 meters autostart by ten fine horses.
Deviish Hill (4g Muscle Hill-Devilish Delight-Father Patrick) scored at 15.2/1 odds converting a pocket position to victory, his fifth lifetime in 22 starts. He was timed in a quick 1.09.3kr (mile race 1:51.50). This Tom Dillon USA bred colt bested Crown (4m Chapter Seven-Amour Heiress-Cantab Hall) reined by Erik Adielsson for trainer Daniel Reden and SRF Stable. Order by Stable bred this USA bred colt that was off at 15.2/1 odds. Finishing third was front-trotting 3.7/1 odds Holcombe Zet (4f Daley Lovin) that Orjan Kihlstrom piloted for Daniel Reden/Stall Zet.

II International Monte Eliten (purse to winner 25,800€, 1640 meters autostart, 10 starters) went to front trotting 3/1 odds Vaprio (10m Adrian Chip-Namibia-Cantab Hall) with Eric Raffin the jockey for trainer Alessandro Gocciadoro and Scuderia Indal Srl. Race time was 1.09.9kr for the now 27- time winner in 113 starts.
He defeated 32/1 Chalimar de Guez (12g Nahar de Beval) with Helene Kolle riding for trainer Frode Hamre. Third home was 2.1/1 Galet Sted (8g Paris Haufor) with Guillaume Martin the jockey for trainer Charles Antoine Mary.
The Johnny Karlssons Trot (purse to winner 8,600€, 2640 meters autostart, 15 starters) was race two on the card and the Tina Dale Brauti bred It’s Peppertime (5m Muscle Hill-Piece Of Work-Yankee Glide) was the 6.7/1 odds and 1.11.2kr timed winner for his ninth career victory in 29 starts. Jorma Kontio drove for trainer Katja Melkko and Pepper AB. This winner is a half-brother to the Brauti bred High On Pepper by Ready Cash that was second yesterday and the leading trotter in SWE during the winter.
Ester Degli Dei (4f Maharajah-Twill Be Done-Donato Hanover) at 2.8/1 odds rallied to victory on the far outside with Robin Bakker driving in the Delicious Remudden Global Trot for four-year old mares. This was the 11th career win in 12 starts (one time second) for the Paul J.P. Hagoort trainee that L.C.J. Schalkoort owns. Race time was 1.09.5kr (mile rate 1:51.82) over the 1640 meters autostart with the winner earning 43,000€.
Eteria (4f Tactival Landing-Senorita Bonita-Angus Hall) also closed and just missed, earning second at 36.2/1 odds for Ulf Ohlsson driving for Reijo Liljendahl the trainer for Bruni Racing Team AB. Third home was Gigi Hanover (4f Chapter Seven-Glad All Over-Muscle Hill) driven by trainer Daniel Wajersten for Mellby Gard AB at 6.8/1. Finishing fourth and fifth were East Asia (4f Ready Cash) and Ninetta Boko (4f Father Patrick). Note that the winner was bred by Azienda Agricola Degli Dei SAS the Italian farm of great prestige.
Today’s Solvalla co-featured Harper Hanovers (Gr. I International, purse to winner 86,000€, 3140 meters distance handicap, volte start, 16 starters) went to Philippe Allaire’s owned and trained Izoard Vedaquais (6m Bird Parker-Dokhe Vedaquaise-Prodigious) reined by Benjamin Rochard. Off at 1.74/1 (favorite) the J.P. Guay bred campaigner won for the 19th tine in 39 lifetime starts. He was handicapped 40 meters at the start, as were the second through fourth finishers. Izoard was timed in 1.11.8kr (mile rate 1:55.26) over the extended distance of 3180 meters (just below the 3218-meter two-mile distance).
Second was 4.4/1 odds High On Pepper (6g Ready Cash-Piece of Work-Yankee Glide) with Jorma Kontio driving for Katja Melkko. This one was the winter champion in SWE and he had four wins in his last five outings starting the day. Third home was 26/1 Horchesto (7g Sam Bourbon-Alisma du Corta-Love You) with David Bekaert aboard. This one is in the running for the GNT series in FR. Gamin Jaba (8g Kesaco Phedo) was fourth at 23/1 with trainer Daniel Reden driving and fifth to the line was 81.5/1 odds Leroy Boko (6g Trixton) reined by Conrad Lugauer.
