The first harness racing session of the 2023 Prix d’Amerique Sale was held Wednesday (Jan. 25) at Deauville, France.
174 lots were presented with 121 sold (69.5%) for an average of 13,488€ from gross turnover of 1,642,000€.
The sale leader was lot #84, a share of Face Time Bourbon that brought 130,000€ by Gaetano Pazone.
The young stallion Ideal du Pommereux brought 54,000€ by Claude Guegon. The second session occurs Friday evening at Paris-Vincennes as part of the Etalon Expo event.
A week ago (January 19) there were two top selling pop-up online horses that sold from the Philippe Allaire top flight stable. This pair brought 840,000€ total. Lot 1 went to leading down under breeder Yabby Dam Farms.
