Here the 2.3/1 Bugati SS (5g From Above-Jasmin Diamant-Sugarcane Hanover) scored in 1.16.4kr with Thorsten Tietz at the lines for trainer Robert Gramullar. The 2.6/1 second choice Adriana Asti (8g Infinitif-Hoity Toity Face-Egon Lavec) was second with trainer Veljko Mazsity aboard. Vital RG (8m SJs Photo-Vitesse OR-Indro Park) took third at 109.3/1 odds with trainer Tibor Hajnal aboard.
The stakes record is 1.15.2kr set in 2020 by Aileron. Last year Unno del Duomo was the winner clocked in 1.15.6kr.
On the undercard was the Wind Scot DIJ (purse 600,000Huf, 1800 meters autostart) and that victory went to 1.16.8kr timed Dexter CG (5g Igor Font-Cleopatre-Rombaldi) handled by Thorsten Tietz for trainer Robert Gramuller. He rallied to defeat 9.7/1 Balerina R (5f SJs Photo-Campela RAC-Toss Out) was with Bernadett Balogh driving. Third home was Ambrosia Gielle (6f Belami) at 7.7/1 for Sandor Varga.
The Speedy Foster Handicap (purse 600,000HUf, 1900 meters autostart) went to 2.4/1 odds Berill Lady (5f Maximus Lindy-Nikkel Lady-Tony Oaks) timed in 1.16.4kr for pilot Sandor Varga and trainer Bernadette Balogh.
This one was bred by Kabala Menes Kft. 38/1 Zadar (7g Cigar Dan) was second for Istvan Papp ahead of 5.4/1 Violetta (8f Racino) with Goran Zolnaji aboard.
On February 12 the well-known businessman and horseman Alexander Brody died. His father was the famous Brody Janos, who was the president of HU trotting association after WW II for many years. As he had good connections in US and Danmark. Zseneroz is out of a Danish family. Mr. Alexander Brody was a kind person who also liked thoroughbred racing and he was a successful owner in France and Belgium. The last 20 years, when he could, he visited Kincsem Park especially on the days of his father’s Memorial race.
