€120,000 Prix Guy Le Gonidec at Vincennes

10.6/1 Cere Josselyn (4f Kaisy Dream-Kate) took the Gr. II Prix Guy le Gonidec (purse €120,000, 2700 meters, 16 starters) Saturday at Paris-Vincennes clocked in 1.14kr with David Thomain up for harness racing trainer Thierry Duvaldestin. 332/1 outsider Caline Elde(4f Laetenter Diem-OK Floride) was second for Mathieu Mottier and third was 12.5/1 Cathy A Quira (4f Password-Quira des Jacquets) took the third spot for Franck Nivard and trainer Jorma Niskanen.

The Gr. III Prix de Beauquency (purse €105,000, 2850 meters, 10 starters) went to J-M Bazire as driver/trainer/owner with 0.5/1 favorite Aubrion du Gers (6g Memphis du Rib-J’Arrive du Gers) clocked in 1.12.2kr, racing barefoot. 10.4/1 Alfas du Vinci (8g Orlando Vici-Hillary Clinton) finished second for trainer/driver Joakim Lovgren. Third was 17.7/1 Altesse du Mirel (6f Ready Cash-Ina de Mirel) for trainer/driver Pierre Vercruysse.

The undercard also included the Prix de Perpignar (purse €47,000, 2700 meters, 13 European starters) with another victory for driver Bazire, with 3.6/1 Siebella Park (5f Varenne-Grandora Park). This Salvatore Minopoli trainee, also owned by him, was timed in 1.14kr.

The September 2 Q+ at Vincennes went to 8/1 Bering with Christophe Martens up clocked in 1.13.2kr over 2850 meters. 18 starters battled for the €42,000 purse in the Prix Lampetia. Vincent Martens trains the winner for Stall Verrazzano AB.

On the same 9/2 card was the Prix Alexandia for €44,000 raced over 2100 meters autostart. 18 European starters were in this event with the 1.12.6kr clocked victory to  1.6/1 Powell Bi (7m Toss Out-Gulfstream) with Marcello Vecchione aboard, he also trainer for Scuderia Lunaset SRL.

The September 1 feature was at Vincennes, that being the Gr.II Monte Prix Legoux-Longpre for a €120,000 purse and raced over 2850 meters by 10 starters. The 1.14.3kr timed win went to 1.9/1 odds Begum Fromento (5f Meaulnes du Corta-Ormanda). Camille Levesque teamed the winner for trainer Thomas Levesque and owner Pierre  Levesque. The winner, off at 1.9/1 odds recorded career victory 10 in 26 starts now for earnings of €285,330. 5.6/1 Bellisima France (5f Blue Dream-Quanta Rosa Sun) was next for trainer/jockey Mathieu Abrvard and 1.8.1 favorite Baraka d’Henlou (5f Diamant Gede-Lawn d’Etangville) was third with Yoann Lebourgeois up for trainer Philippe Allaire and breeder/owner Gildo Carnesecca.

The Q+ that day was the Prix de Cagnes sur Mer (purse €49,000, 2700 meters, 13 starters) with Diva Griff (3f Sam Bourbon-Royale de Bea) the 1.16.5kr winner for Gabriel Gelormini, Ecurie Griff and trainer Sebastian Guarato.
