Milan Kovacevic teamed the Istvan Papp trainee to his seventh career win in HU from 21 starts that was off at 3.2/1 odds. Fendi (4f Oasis Bi-Celebrity Venus-Angus Hall) was second at 14.6/1 with Balazs Juhasz the trainer/driver with 2.1/1 favorite El Valle Sagrado (6g Nuncio-Urubamba-Maharajah) finishing third for amateur driver Zoltan Gyolai for trainer Attila Budai.

On the undercard was the Szaguldj! DIJ (purse 500,000€, 1900 meters autostart, maidens ages 3-5) where well-bred 4.5/1 odds Anointed (5m Tactical Landing-Graceful Touch-Pine Chip) scored in first lifetime start for money timed in 1.18.1lr.
Goran Zolnaji teamed the Istvan Papp trainee owned by Kovacevic. This horse was bred in the US by Black Creek Farm and partners that included Hunterton Farm’s Steve Stewart.
He was acquired in the 2021 Lexington Sale by Jean Pierre Barjon and exported to France. He is a half-brother to Muscle Mass and Muscle Massive, both solid sires in North America.
Anointed won a qualifier on February 22 at Kincsem Park. Finishing second was 2.2/1 odds favorite Filthy Rich (4m Trixton-Chieftess-Credit Winner) with trainer Tibor Hajnal driving. Third home was Fire Bird (4f Maximus Lindy-Tengelic-Incredible Cole) with Sandor Varga aboard.
Also on the undercard was the Zseda Handicap (purse 600,000€, 1800 meters autostart, eight starters) with victory to 2/1 odds favorite Dumbledore (6g Maximus Lindy-Norah Jones-Zador) timed in 1.16.6kr.

Andrea Nagyvary teamed the Imre Fazekas trainee that secured his third straight victory. Guiness des Fanes (9f Quaro-Quandy du Kys-Classic Rodney) was second at 7.1/1 odds for Laszlo Kolozsi with 3.8/1 Carlos Fox (7g Youp Lucswolle-Sholty Mia-Sholty Boko) third with trainer Ferenc Nagy II driving.
On the prior race day, February 22, 2025, at Kincsem Park, the featured Laszlo Tolnay Memorial (purse 700,000Huf, 1960 meters distance handicap, nine starters) went to 2/1 odds favorite Palace Bo (6m Muscle Hill-Jasmina-Abano As) timed in 1.17.1kr. He rallied from mid-pack to take command in the lane for the win driven by Imre Fazekas for trainer Bernadett Balogh and owner Prolongo III. Palace Bo, handicapped 20 meters this day, now has seven career wins in HU and has won two or his last three outings. Denalda Op (6f Ringostarr Treb-Ostia Antica-Ganymede) was second at 4.8/1 odds with Joze Sagaj for Slovenian trainer Zvonko Osterc.

Third home was 2.2/1 Zacapa US (8g Father Patrick-Hollywood Hill-Muscle Hill) that Csaba Lakatos drove and trains. Goran Falk and C.E. Takter bred this one that won in his prior start at Kinsem Park. The top three in this event all were handicpped 20 meters.
The co-featured Evi Segedhajto Kupa (purse 700,000€, 1900 meters autostart, five starters) saw 7.9/1 odds Farya BD (8f Andover Hall-Fanciulla-Donerail) timed in 1.17.5kr.
