At Kincsem Park Budapest (March 15) the featured Brody Janos Memorial (purse total 1,500,000HUF, 1960 meters distance handicap, 10 starters) went to 17/1 odds pocket sitter El Valle Segrado (6g Nuncio-Urubamba-Maharajah) timed in 1.16.5kr with trainer Attila Budai driving.

This was the winner’s second 2025 victory in four starts. He defeated the 20- meter handicapped 2.2/1 odds favorite Enjoy (5m Maharajah-Journey Boko-Zola Boko) that Imre Fazekas reined by Prolongo III and trainer Bernadett Balogh.
His 16.5/1 stablemate also handicapped 20 meters, Palace Bo (6m Muscle Hill-Jasmina-Abano As) rallied for third with Lajos Marton aboard for trainer Balogh and owner Prolongo III. Cardenas Baba (7f From Above) and Zacapa US (8g Father Patrick) finished fourth and fifth. The race record is 1.15.9kr set in 2016 by Wiss Shadow. Cardenas Baba won the ’24 edition timed in 1.16.6kr.
On the undercard was the Kincsem Park Budapest (March 15) Tavaszi Handicap (purse total 1,100,000HUF, 1960 meters distance handicap, seven starters) saw 16/1 Euzebio (5g Connecting People-Daisysine-Like A Prayer) score comfortably timed in 1.18.3kr.

Krisztina Komaromi teamed the Ferenc Nagy II trainee that won in her first 2025 outing. Peter Piper (7g Yankee Glide-Merci IT-Daguet Rapide) was second at 1.9/1 odds with trainer Csaba Lakatos driving, with third to 5.7/1 Zsofesz (10f Vioxx SR-Lencsi-Baltic Bet) with trainer Andor Angyal aboard.
Finally at Kincsem Park Budapest (March 15) the Zselnice Handicap (purse total 700,000HUF, 1900 meters autostart, 10 starters) showcased the third straight victory for recently syndicated CR-Seven (7g Timoko-Real Bee Power-Love You) reined by trainer Imre Fazekas for the CR7 Syndicate.

Prolongo Import-Export Kft bred the winner that was timed in 1.17.7kr for his 10th career victory in 39 starts. King’s Call (12g SJs Photo-Marina Eme-Adams Hall) was third place second on the dq of Very Nice Photo with Boris Novic driving for Gabor Reischl. Placed third was Ann Bella N (9f Cigar Dan) reined by trainer Lajos Marton.
Winning trainer/driver Fazekas recorded his 3,000th training victory with CR-Seven and he recently was awarded for leading driving in 2024.
