Enjoy captures Dr. Jozsef Vecsekloy Memorial

The  heavy 1.1/1 odds favorite Enjoy (5m Maharajah-Journey  Boko-Zola  Boko) captured both harness racing heats and thus the trophy in  the Kincsem Park featured Dr. Jozsef Vecsekloy Memorial (purse 3,000,000Huf, 1800 meters autostart,  six starters) with  Imre Fazekas driving.  Bernadett Balogh trains the winner for Prolongo III and Enjoy now has 16 career victories in 28 starts for 30,350,000Huf  earned.

Enjoy heat one

He has  six 2025 wins in 10  starts. Rece time  was 1.14.6kr  in  heat one and 1.14.7kr in the second affair.  The race record is 1.13.9kr set in a heat by Catania R in 2024. Bonaparte Boss (8g Napoleon-Nikita-Crown Sweep) was second in both heats today for trainer/driver Veljko Mazsity while El Diablo (5f Milliondollar Lux-Mellby Éclair-From Above) was third in the placing after finishing fifth in the first heat and third in  the second with  Boris Novic driving for trainer  Goran Zolnaji.

Enjoy Final

Earlier the Fazekas/Balogh team won  with  a  half brother to  Enjoy thatbeing Gyoztes Sziv (3m Underpaid Hanover-Journey  Boko) clocked in 1.18.2kr.

The undercard today  also showcased the Oszi Kanca  DIJ (purse 1,500,000Huf, 1960 meters distance handicap, eight female starters aged  3-8 years) where  3.1/1 odds Daytona Spav (6f Maharajah-Tenerezza Bigi-Nad Al Sheba) scored in 1.17.1kr for trainer/driver Veljko   Mazsity   for her 21st victory in 32 starts in HU. She overcame a 60 meter handicap to defeat 1.5/1 odds favorite Ginevra (3f Owen CR-Nana-Tony  Oaks) with trainer Imre Fazekas up,  followed  by  10.2/1 odds  and 40 meter handicapped Fendi (4f Oasis Bi-Celebrity  Venus-Angus Hall) with trainer Balazs Juhasz up.
