Fine Perle Of Love (7f Theo Josselyn–Source Of Love) scored with a powerful stretch run at 11/1 odds with Matthieu Abrivard up for owner/trainer Emmanurl Varin as she won for the 13th timed in her career now for 252,630€ earned.
The 25-meter handicapped trotters were second and third. The 1.6/1 Elves du Vallon (8m Reve de Beylev) was second for David Thomain and trainer Charles Cuiller. Third was 3.1/1 Gentily de Muze (6m Perlando) with trainer Jean Michel Bazire up for owner Yannick Desmet.
The prior day at Hoppodrome Rambouillet the Prix de Cernay La Ville (purse 13,000€, 2000 meters on the turf) saw legendary Jean Pierre Dubois win for the first time since un-retiring. Here he drove his two-year-old Kiroman (3m Fabulous Wood-Quiromentica) to a first career victory.
