The 4.8/1 odds Bordeaux S (9g Orlando Vici-Spot Over) was third reined by Christophe Martens for trainer Vincent Martens and owner Global Glide AB. The 10/1 Eberton (11g Jag de Bellouet) landed fourth for Junior Guelpa also the trainer/owner.

On the same day at Paris-Vincennes there were two upper class monte contests. In the Prix Patrick Mottier (monte, purse 61,000€, 2850 meters, 17 starters ages 7-11) the even-money favorite Heden Cruz (8g Apprenti Sorcerer-Minone) scored timed in 1.12.2kr with jockey Tamara Mathias-Maisonnette in the irons for Ecurie de Belgrave and trainer Loic Lercnard.

The 4.5/1 odds Ilton Royal (7g Tag Wood-Oma Royale) finished second with Jean Ferron aboard for owner/trainer A.P. Grimault. Gordon Mijack (9g Ultissimo-Rosace de Mai-Biesolo) landed third at 44/1 with Emma Lacomblez abord the Alexandre De Jusas trainee for Stephane Callico. Flash de Biwetz and Elixir were fourth and fifth.

In the Prix Salam (monte, purse 71,000€, 2700 meters, 10 starters ages 5-6) the 2.2/1 odds favorite Janzibar (6g Dollar Macker-Adrienne du Citrus) scored by open lengths timed in 1.12.6kr. Alexandre Abrivard was the winning jockey for trainer Laurent C. Abrivard and owner/breeder Jean Pierre Barjon. Janzibar now has nine career wins in 29 starts for 212,310€ earned. The 2.5/1 second choice Kalmia Perrine (5f Django Riff-Unabella Perrine) landed the second spot with Mathieu Mottier aboard the Thierry Duvaldestin trainee that Courant AB owns.

Just For Back (6g Quinoa du Gers-Shine Is Back) was third at 8.4/1 with Eric Raffin in the irons for owner/trainer Guillaume Gillot. Jason du Conroy (6g Booster Winner) took fourth for trainer Gillot, owner/breeder Aldo Tripodi and the jockey Tamara Mathias-Maisonnette.
