Go On Boy controls 25th Grand Prix de Wallonie

Go On Boy (8m Password-Balginette-Hasting) took the lead early from post 8 at 9/1 odds and controlled affairs thereafter to score easily in the Gr. I International 25th Grand Prix de Wallonie (purse 150,000€, 2850 meters autostart, 11 starters) at Mons Ghlin.

Trainer Romain Derieux was in charge as the harness racing winner of 1,408,870€ prevailed in 1.14.5kr over a slow course. Ampia Mede SM (8f Ganymede-Polimpia Slide SM) sat the pocket and held second with Theo Duvaldestin up for trainer Thierry Duvaldestin off at 10/1.

Idao de Tillard (6m Severino-America de Tillard) rallied at 1.7/1 odds to be third in a photo with his stablemate, this one reined by Clement Duvaldestin. Hooker Berry (7m Booster Winner) saw third on the pegs and finished fourth for Nicolas Bazire driving for trainer Jean Michel Bazire at 30/1 odds with fifth to even-money favorite Horsy Dream (7m Scipion du Goutier) with Eric Raffin driving this Pierre Belloche trainee.

Elvis du Vallon and Ganay de Banville completed the top seven.
