Today’s Grand Prix de la Ville d’Oraison (leg 1 Trophee Vert Series, purse 50,000€, 3200 meters distance handicap, 13 harness racing starters ages 8-10 years) at Hippodrome Oraison saw the 9/10 odds favorite Hades de L’Iton (8g Un Mec d’Heripre-Regence de L’Iton) score on the front timed in 1.17.6kr over the fast grass.

The winner, reined by trainer/owner Antonin Andre, overcame a 25 meter handicap to record his 12th career victory in 63 starts for 217,905€ earned. Hades won his fifth straight and seventh in his last 10 outings.

The 13/1 Hold Up Nocturne (8g Mood West) was second driven by trainer Stephane Cingland for owner Adrien Chiche, followed by 6/1 odds Flocon Montjeanais (10g Korean) handled by J.Ch. Feron for trainer William Baudy and owner Jacky Planchard.
