The twilight Friday card (Sept. 2) at Paris-Vincennes featured two monte Gr. II events.
In the Prix Emile Riotteau (purse 120,000€, 2700 meters for monte females age four) the 1.4/1 odds favorite Intuition (4f Brillantissime-Cambattante) was an impressive 1.13.3kr timed winner for jockey Adrien Lamy, Ecurie du Londel and trainer Tomas Malmqvist.
This was her fifth career win now for 277,750€ earned. Louis Baudron bred this winner. Ines des Rioults (4f Carat Williams) was second for Florian Desmigneux and trainer J.F. Senet. Third home was 5.8/1 Ideale du Chene (4f Bird Parker) with P.Ph. Ploquin in the irons for trainer Julien Le Mer.
In the second monte test, the 1.1/1 favorite Inshore (4m Real de Lou-Beaute Winner) captured the Gr.II Prix Camille de Wazieres (purse 120,000€, 2700 meters for four year olds males) timed in 1.14.5kr.
Alexandre Abrivard was the winning jockey for Laurent Claude Abrivard, the breeder/owner/trainer. Inshore won for the sixth time in his career for 137,650€ earned.
The 1.4/1 Ici C’est Paris (4m Dollar Macker) was three lengths back second for jockey Francois Lagadeuc and trainer Nicolas Bridault. This one was acquired in the August 17 Arqana Pop Up Sale. Third was 3.8/1 Ibra du Loisir (4m Booster Winner) with Yoann Lebourgeois the jockey for trainer L.C. Abrivard.
