The Winter Meet provided a highlight for horses like Hirondelle du Rib that was exceptional in the 24-25 Winter Meet.
The eight year mare advanced her career earnings to almost 1.1 million euro.
Mares were also highlighted when Joumba de Guez took the Prix de Paris with Jean Michel Bazire driving.

This was JMB’s eighth victory in the Marathon Race, the previous victory in 2019 with Belina Josselyn. Joumba won 617,000€ at the Winter Meet.
Winter Meet stats are shown below as reported by Gaet.
This Winter 218,000 spectators attended the meeting at the Vincennes racecourse and therefore an increase of 25% was recorded compared to the 2023-2024 edition. The fourteen Sundays were lived live by 160,000 people (plus 37.7%). A positive year, therefore, given that such figures had not been reached for 10 years. Logically this had an impact on the stakes at the racecourse, with an increase of 3%.This is not the case, however, at the level of SMEs, which recorded a drop of 5.2% (France and international) at the local level, only in France, the drop to 3.6%called the evente block (tierce-quate-quinte). The average turnover of the fourteen Sundays was 5.9 million, the worst figure since the end of the health emergency. For the 2021-2022 meeting, the average was 7.7 million and since then, meeting after meeting, it has continued to fall.
For the Open races (international and European), visitors won 66 races, their new record, for a total win of 3,992,000 euros, their fourth best turnover.
