Jeannette Priory wins 10th Leg Grand National du Trot

Jeannette Priory (6f Tag Wood-Malice-Tenor de Baune) off at 9/1 odds took the 10th harness racing leg of the GNT series at Lisieux named the Grand National du Trot de Lisieux (Gr III, purse 90,000€, 2725 meters distance handicap.

14 starters ages 5-10) timed in 1.13.1kr. Tony LeBeller drove and trains the winner for Franck Gilbert that is now second in GNT points standings.

The winner now sports 11 career wins for 312,880€. Idole Of Love (7f Real de Lou-Source of Love) was second at 10/1 odds for Matthieu Abrivard driving for trainer/owner Emmanuel Varin, followed by 3/1 odds and 25 meter handicapped Jack Tonic (6m Charly du Noyer) handled by Theo Duvaldestin for Ecurie Haras des Quatre Vents and their trainer Thierry Duvaldestin.

Helios Si (8g Infant du Bossis) at 11/1 and 9/1 odds favorite and 25 meter  handicapped Indu de Jyr (7g Theo Josselyn) completed the top five.

At Vincennes (September 23) the Gr III Prix Emile Beziere (purse 90,000€, 2850 meters, 14 European starters ages 5-7)  went to 7.4/1 odds Jango Vici (6m Dragon des Racques-Tabarka Vici-Olitro) driven by Benjamin Rochard.

Antonio Ripoll Rigo trains the nine time career winner of 410,870€ for Cuadro Hermes Iniguez.  Home second was 7.1/1 Edgar Saba (5g Explot Caf-Saba Del Ronco-Adrian Chip) that H.E. Bondo trains for  Varporino Srl and Gabriele Gelormini was on the lines.

Jazzman (5m Niky-Nefertite  Del Ronco-Varenne) was third at 1.7/1 odds, the favorite,  with Alexandre Abrivard up for  M.N. Lusseau and trainer  L.C. Abrivard. Elegance Kronos (5f  Muscle Hill-Pampered Winner) took fourth at 22/1 for  Leo  Abrivard, trainer L.C. Abrivard and owner Jean  Pierre Barjon.
