The broodmare Journey Boko (Zola Boko-Vision Boko-Donerail) produced the winners of three events on the Kincsem Park (Budapest) program this weekend. This maternal family includes Armbro Flight and Helicopter.

This day’s featured Menesek Dija (purse 3,000,000Huf , 3160 meters distance handicap, five starters) went to the 1.4/1 odds favorite Enjoy (5m Maharajah-Journey Boko-Zola Boko) that overcame a 60 meter handicap to score timed in 1.19.1 over his 3220 meter distance. The time was off the race record 1.18.7kr set in 2020 and 2021 by Zseneroz and Borutka. Imre Fazekas teamed Enjoy to his sixth straight victory and 19th from 31 career starts for 33,885,000Huf earned. Bernadett Balogh trains for the owner/breeder Prolongo III / Prolongo Import-Export Kft. Second was the game pacesetter 3.4/1 Giovanni Fling (3g Chelsea Boko-Veronica Fling-Racino) that raced 3160 meters for trainer/driver Veljko Mazsity. Anybody (9f Offenbach Bigi-Magna Charta-Baltic Bet) traveled 3220 meters to be a distant third for trainer/driver Emil Csordas.
Two year olds contested the Jozsef Radoki Memorial (purse700,000Huf, 1800 meters autostart, eight two year old starters) with victory to even money favorite Hollywood Boy (2m Maharajah-Journey Boko-Zola Boko)timed in 1.20.2kr for driver Imre Fazekas, trainer Bernadett Balogh and owner/breeder Prolongo III and Prolongo Import-Export Kft.

This was his maiden win in four starts. Holiday (2f Miguel Duhamel-Florina-Timberland) was next at 15.6/1 odds with trainer Andor Angyal aboard. Hugo CD (2m Habital-Uzorka Ville-Beissinger Hanover) was third for trainer/driver Goran Zolnaji.
The mare Journey Boko showed again in the Imre Laufer Memorial (purse 500,000Huf, 1800 meters autostart, eight starters ages3-5) where 1.7/1 Gyoztes Sziv (3m Underpaid Hanover-Journey Boko-Zola Boko) scored in 1.18.1kr from post eight with Imre Fazekas up.

Again trainer Balogh and owner/breeder Prolongo prevailed. The winner now shows five wins in six starts. Greenback (3, MilliondollarLux-Wale-Center Field) was second at 3.5/1 with Juhasz Balasz the driver/trainer. Gucci (3f Dundee-Bebops’s Cassandra-Bebop) was third at 15.9/1 with trainer Ferenc Nagy II driving.
Lastly the APA DIJ (purse 700,000Huf, 1960 meters distance handicap, 11 starters) saw 1.18.6kr timed Coach Degli Dei (7f Brillantissime-Un Foi Axe-Love You) score gamely at 3.4/1 odds for trainer/driver Goran Zolnaji. This was his third 2025 win in four starts and 17th career win in 32 starts.

Euzebio (5g Connecting People-Daisysine-Like A Prayer) was second along the pegs at 2/1 odds with Krisztina Kamoromo up for trainer Ferenc Nagy II. Doktor Adri (6g Nadal di Jesolo-Tiffany Grad-Angiers Hall) rallied for third at 87/1 for driver Tamas Dukai and trainer Andor Angyal.
